Laying Competely Flat for a Thousand Dollars

This morning's Chicago Tribune contained an advertising flyer from Dell featurning an Inspiron One 23 All-in-One computer for $999.99 that includes

" . . a beautiful full HD display that lays completely flat."
We may wonder how completely flat feels about being laid by an HD display, but it sounds tempting. Partially flat would hardly be acceptable.
